An establishment that upholds heartiness and great value, The Salted Plum is a celebration of Taiwanese flavours, ingredients, and techniques, while catering to the Singaporean palate.

While the plum blossom is the national flower of Taiwan and an auspicious symbol of strength amid adversity, the plum is its product and was chosen to remind us to deliver the same motivation through hearty fare.
